(구인) Food Manufacturing Production Supervisor

We provide healthy, clean, and safe foods manufactured in compliance to all U.S. regulatory agencies with effective food safety controls.
OFT INC. is looking for a Production Supervisor who will use their expertise to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Organizing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness across various production areas.
Preparing raw materials for processing and maintaining inventory.
Receive, unpack, and organize pallets of incoming inventory.
Proficiency of basic packaging skills in order to assist with special cases or irregular shipments.
Responsible for quality of products
Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) a plus.
Preparation of raw materials for processing.
Obtains batch sheets/formula sheets and process check sheets from Supervisor.
Verifies that all obtained materials/ingredients match items listed on batch sheet.
Performs calculations for partial formulas, ingredient and materials usage and waste.
Create and edit production schedules and processes.
Communicate with production manager and operations manager to ensure accuracy of manufacturing process.
Maintaining and updating records.
Create and maintain inventory and maintenance log.
Shipping and receiving material, ingredient, finished products.
Additional related duties may be assigned, as required. Material handling and storage
Required Skills and Education
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
College graduate.
Minimum one year of experience in Food manufacture.
Must be able to legally work in the US.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Operate a forklift to move materials around the warehouse/facility.
Work Location: Henderson, NV, USA
Salary: $52,000 ~ $65,000 +@ (Bonus depending on work performance)
