[ 주요 업무 ]
- 원부자재 구매 발주 및 공급 일정 관리
- 원부자재 재고 관리
- 주요 공급 업체와의 계약 협상 및 관계 구축
- 비용 절감 방안 수립 및 실행
- 구매 관련 보고서 작성 및 데이터 분석
- 물류 및 배송 일정, 비용 관리

[ 지원 조건 ]
- 업무적인 영어 구사 가능 (대화와 이메일에 문제 없으신 분)
- 취업 신분에 결격 사유 없으신 분
- 공급망 관리 또는 물류 관련 경험/교육 우대
- 50 파운드의 물건 옮기는데 문제가 없으신 분
- Microsoft office (Excel, words) 능숙하신 분

[ Responsibilities ]

- Place orders and manage the supply schedule
- Monitor shipments in transit, follow-up, tracking and tracing, problem identification and timely resolution
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term customer relations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and negotiate contracts
- Write purchasing reports and conduct data analysis
- Manage inventory
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Oversee logistics, including shipping schedules and cost management

[ Requirements ]
- Supply chain and logistics experience/education is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for time-sensitive deadlines
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices
- Excellent oral and written in English
- Proficiency with computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Must be able to work legally in the US.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 LB and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
