Sushi to the Moon was recently opened in Leander, Texas led by Owner Chef Joon who has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine from Napa Valley, California. And we are currently planning to open a 2nd restaurant in Mueller, downtown Austin.
We invite you to be a part of our passionate and growing team whose focus is innovative and high quality. We are seeking a Head Chef who has experience to help us organize and run a Michelin star restaurant.
The candidate is comfortable communicating with customers and helping to achieve a Michelin-caliber experience.
The right candidate MUST + involve in menu planning with Chef Joon + create an excellent communicative, professional relationship with our team. + has a minimum of 10 years' experience working in a professional high-end restaurant.
+ has a great English language skill + has a Japanese language skill is a PLUS + Excellent ability to problem solve in live time + attend all scheduled employee meetings an bring suggestions for improvement + knows how to inspire and make a great team
COMPENSATION : $90,000 US to $110,000 US annually including incentives (This can be negotiable with Owner)
BENEFITS : COMPLIMENTARY EMPLOYEE ACCOMMODATION (Independent Junior Suite Room will be provided), Paid Vacation, Paid Meal Break, Dining Discount, Health Insurance. Texas has no STATE TAX.
