[ Responsibilities ]
- Plan shipments, including creating and updating shipping schedules
- Monitor shipments in transit, follow-up, tracking and tracing, problem identification and timely resolution
- Prepare documentation (Purchase Orders, BOLs, Receiving documents)
- Troubleshoot any logistical issues that arise
- Prepare reports on logistics performance measures
- Maintain a logistics database
- Manage inventory
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers, brokers, and carriers
- Oversee the warehouse operation for Shipping / Receiving, Inventory Control, and Warehousing

[ Requirements ]
- Must be able to lift up to 50 LB and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Supply chain and logistics experience/education is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent oral and written in English
- Proficiency with computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Must be able to work legally in the US.
- Experience in forklifts is preferred.
