Operations coordinator
 
We are seeking an organized, reliable logistics associate with a precise attention to detail to join our growing company.
You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipping and distribution of ingredients and products.
Daily operations will entail related duties in purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and customer service.
 
*Job Summary
- Work with carriers and third-party services to coordinate all shipments
- Update shipping system with rates, surcharges, and service standards
- Follow ingredient flow to finished product distribution
- Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations
- Correspond with carriers and freight companies
- Correspond with suppliers and customers
- Work with Purchasing department and team members
- Generate progress reports to management of ongoing performance issues
 
* Working Hours
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
 
* Requirements and Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate fluency in English 
- Must be able to legally work in the US.
- Ability to physically lift up to 50lb boxes to random check shipments
- Purchasing/ Logistics experience a plus
