An immigration law firm in Las Vegas is looking for a new team member to coordinate workflow with other attorneys/law firms and monitor the case status. This position is virtual. MUST speak Korean.
Overview
Make sure all cases are moving forward and deadlines are met
Coordinate workflow with managing attorney and other team members using online project management tools
Delegate to and coordinate tasks with our paralegal as appropriate
This is a remote / virtual position, and part-time to start
Participate in meetings and phone calls/Zoom with clients and contract attorneys
Explain cases status to clients and answer simple questions
Skills & Qualifications
Required
-Must be able to communicate in both English and Korean
-Ability to learn new systems quickly, use online technology including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom
-Great organizing skills
-Great interpersonal skills
-Self-starter, holds self accountable
-High ethical standards and integrity
-Ability to manage multiple projects
-Comfortable making phone calls in both Korean & English
Preferred
-Law firm work experience
-Immigration law firm experience
Requirements
Uses own computer equipment for work tasks.
Maintains a workspace free of unnecessary distraction where client and internal calls may be taken in a professional manner.
Able to be on video chat for scheduled meetings in a professionally-dressed manner.
Maintains own mobile phone and home or office internet.
Education and/or Experience
AA degree or higher
Compensation
This is a part-time employee position
*This is NOT a temporary position*
Hourly rate is between $18-25 / hour, depending on experience
Between 5-10 hours per week to start
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
