Looking for a motivated sales representatives for our e-commerce division. We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada 
 
• PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES 
• Answering incoming customer phone calls and email inquiries 
• Assisting with new order creation, order cancellations, refunds and exchanges, checking inventory availability, and package tracing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Managing customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Comfortable using computers.
• Be comfortable on the phone.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide professional customer support 
• No experience necessary (But Must be Motivated and Willing to Learn) 
• Pay Starts at $17/Hr. 
• Schedule
• Monday to Friday (8hr shift)
• EDUCATION
• High school or equivalent (Required)
