Help teenagers in need stay in America!

An immigration law firm in Las Vegas is looking for a new team member to coordinate workflow with other attorneys/law firms and monitor the case status. This position is virtual. MUST speak Korean.

Overview

* Make sure all cases are moving forward and deadlines are met
* Coordinate workflow with managing attorney and other team members using online project
* management tools
* Delegate to and coordinate tasks with our paralegal as appropriate
* This is a remote / virtual position, and part-time to start
* Participate in meetings and phone calls/Zoom with clients and contract attorneys
* Explain cases status to clients and answer simple questions

Skills & Qualifications
Required

-Must be able to communicate in both English and Korean

-Ability to learn new systems quickly, use online technology including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom

-Great organizing skills

-Great interpersonal skills

-Self-starter, holds self accountable

-High ethical standards and integrity

-Ability to manage multiple projects

-Comfortable making phone calls in both Korean & English

Preferred

-Law firm work experience

-Immigration law firm experience

Requirements

* Uses own computer equipment for work tasks.
* Maintains a workspace free of unnecessary distraction where client and internal calls may be taken in a professional manner.
* Able to be on video chat for scheduled meetings in a professionally-dressed manner.
* Maintains own mobile phone and home or office internet.

Education and/or Experience
* AA degree or higher

Compensation
* This is a part-time employee position
* *This is NOT a temporary position*
* Hourly rate is between $18-25 / hour, depending on experience
* Between 5-10 hours per week to start

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
